It is a comfortable house with private pool, located in the middle of the sunny vineyards of the Vautaillède domain. The house of the German owners is about 200 m away and they are happy to give you any kind of information (excursions, restaurants etc.) you may need. There is a wonderful view all the way to the Maritime alps from the living room. The large secluded, inner terrace with the pool is perfect for sun worshippers and has small shady spots as well. There is plenty of space around the house for parking and playing, garage parking for small fee upon request. A large bedroom with single beds, walk-in closet and bathroom with tub, separate shower and WC. A baby bed is provided. A second bedroom with French double bed and bathroom w/shower. Second WC near the entrance. Tastefully and comfortably furnished living room, satellite TV, stereo system, sleeper sofa as an extra place to sleep, modern fully-equipped kitchen.

Gonfaron: Charming, small town in the northern foothills of the 'Massif des Maures', 10 km south of the motorway exit Le Luc. It is 30 km to the beaches by Hyères and La Londe, it is 35 km to the Bay of St Trope via the picturesque villages of La Garde-Freinet and Grimaud. Typical village atmosphere with bistros, restaurants, weekly markets (Thursdays) and important places to shop.
