„Casita Canaria“ and studio, ideal for 2 to 6 people, situated on the brink of the Canarian village La Asomada, with two big terraces and a Roman style sea water pool -Pool, offers a fantastic view of the sea and the island Fuerteventura. If you are looking for a stress-free holiday and like to enjoy the quietness of the countryside but still want to live close to the lively holiday town of Puerto del Carmen, then “Casita Canaria“ is just right for you. The house offers 2 bedrooms, a twin - and a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, WC and bathtub, a large living room and a fully equipped, modern kitchen. Adjacent, yet separate there is an independent studio with double sofabed, shower and small kitchenette. The whole house is ideal for a family of 6 people with family members or friends of whom some would prefer to live privately. Both units can also be rented separately, of course.

The studio is situated in the house Casita Canaria, but yet completely separate. It has a private entrance so the neighbours will never disturb you. This living unit can be rented individually or together with Casita Canaria. The studio offers a big room (29m²) with separate shower, WC and sink. A completely equipped kitchen with microwave, grill / stove, fridge and two cooking plates. Coffee maker, toaster and kettle are of course provided. The living room has a very comfortable double sofabed, a spacious fitted wardrobe with drawers, cloakroom and safe. For your entertainment TV with German programmes and a CD-radio are provided. A big glass sliding door leads to a small balcony with sea view with stairs to the sea water pool heated with solar energy. The pool (8m x 4m) is available for both living units and there are sufficient deckchairs for relaxation and sunbathing

Casita Canaria and Studio are situated in the hills above Puerto del Carmen, and are only 5 minutes by car from the district capital Tias and the renowned marina of Puerto Calero. A completely new golf course has been opened in Tias in the beginning of 2008. The close national park 'Timanfaya' is very important and worth seeing, just like El Golfo and the famous monuments built by the architect and artist Cesar Manrique.
