Wohnung gut für Wanderer geeignet, ruhig und idyllisch gelegen, komfortabel, Polstergarnitur und Balkonmobiliar etwas abgenutzt

Gute Lage, ansprechend, komfortabel.
Etwas mehr an Geschirr (Kaffetassen , Gläser , Bestecke usw.) würde die Wohnung erheblich aufwerten, da Spülmaschine vorhanden. Für die Optik wäre auch die eine oder andere Tischedecke wünschenswert. Im Badezimmer fehlt ein Fliesenabstreifer, den ordentliche Mieter gerne nutzen.
Rundum emfpehlenswert, auch dank Tiefgarage!
