Very beautiful and well-kept single family home. The following room division is offered on 2 floors: below is the entrance area to a modern and tastefully furnished living-dining room with a terrace in front of it with garden furniture and sun loungers and with a view of the 12m x 6m shared pool, a completely equipped built-in kitchen with a ceramic range and dishwasher, 2 double bedrooms with single beds and 1 full bathroom/WC and bidet. Through an indoor staircase you can get to the upper floor, there you will find 1 double bedroom with a French bed and 1 shower/bath/WC. The house is fully air conditioned. Pets are not welcome here.

The bay of Begur has the most in-demand sand beaches of the Costa Brava with countless small bays. The resort of Pals offers you a romantic old city and a variety of athletic options like tennis, horse riding, hiking and cycling. The newly built golf course nearby excites golfers.
