Apartment Jasmine - This lovely comfortable apartment is set within a small group of one storey houses. A large private swimming pool and childrens pool are set within the pool terrace. The apartment has 4 private sunbeds for use around the swimming pool. The accommodation consists of: two bedrooms with twin beds in each, a comfortable lounge with Sat TV & Radio/Cd player and a dining area with table & chairs. The lounge can double as a third bedroom if required. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, electric hob & oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, all crockery and cooking utensils. A small utility area houses the washing machine and drying area. The bathroom is complete with shower. Travel cot and high chair are available on request-no charge. The sunny terrace with table & 5 chairs has a view to the pool and surrounding garden area providing the perfect place to dine or relax with a glass of wine. Private parking provides easy access to the apartment

The unspoiled sandy Cala Agulla beach (one of the most beautiful beaches of the Island), the beach at Son Moll and the picturesque Port (Harbour) are all within short walking distance - (approx 10 min.) The apartments quiet yet central location is ideal for shopping or visiting the many nearby excellent restaurants. You can visit the interesting castle in the nearby town of Capdepera, Cala Literas has a well known dive centre. You can enjoy the views from the Cala Ratjada Lighthouse. You can enjoy many beautiful walks, from the lighthouse or through the pine forest. All Golf, Riding and other sporting activities are all nearby.Cala Ratjada and the local area are perfect for cycling and bicycles can be hired from many local hire shops.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in optimaler Lage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in Cala Ratjade optimal. Nicht weit zur Cala Agua und zum Hafen. Der große Supermarkt ist nicht mal 300 m entfernt. Außerdem ist die Wohnung sehr gut eingerichte. In dieser Wohnung gab es nicht zu beanstanden. Die Balkone sind zum Pool hin ausgerichtet und die Anlage, wie ein großes Oval darum gebaut. Von dem Straßenlärm bekommt man nichts mit. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und nett und sie bieten einen super Service. Wir werden diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Die Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Einfach nur wohlfühlen. Ruhige Seitenstraße und und dennoch zentral. Tolle Betreuung durch die Vermieter, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Restaurants, Supermärkte und Strand sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Urlaub war super, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Die Wohnung und auch die gesamte Anlage sind sehr schön. Zentral, aber ruhig. Gerade mit kleinem Kind haben wir uns bestens platziert gefühlt.
Wirklich weiter zu empfehlen - die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert

Das Apartment war bei Ankunft super sauber und es ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Es mangelte uns an nichts. Die Anlage mit Pool vor der Haustüre liegt ruhig und dennoch sind in wenigen Gehminuten das Zentrum, der Hafen und der Strand erreichbar, ohne das man sich Blasen an den Füßen holt ;-) Zum Supermarkt sind es nur wenige Schritte.Die Hausverwaltung ist sehr zuverlässig und die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos geklappt. Fazit: Uns hat es dort so gut gefallen, dass wir wieder kommen werden. Stefan

Schickes Apartment in ruhiger zentraler Lage

Sehr schick eingerichtetes Apartment. Wir waren im November dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist einfach super günstig: Man ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten am Strand oder im Hafen an der Promenade. Und vor allem - es ist trotzdem herrlich ruhig.
Vielen Dank an Denise und David für die schöne Zeit.
