Surrounded by wild olive trees, by almond trees, cypresses, evergreen oaks and Johannes trees, where you can still hear the bells of the sheep - here you will find the finca La Cabana. The wide panorama view from the house and from the main terrace goes far beyond the soft hill landscape and lets you relax and breathe deeply. On clear days you can even see a piece of the sea on the horizon. Wide and spacious - this you will find on the 98 m² level house and on the 1 ha property. The swimming pool (9m x 4m) is for you alone and can also be used during the early year and late fall thanks to the solar pool heating. The living/dining room with an open kitchen is about 40 m², the bedroom is about 20 m². The non-smoking house was furnished by the landlord, who is an artist with a feel for aesthetics, originals and attention to detail. Even in the bathroom you will find a canvas image and there are a few sculptures on the terraces.

The finca La Cabana is in a secluded location in a hilly landscape. The closest village is about 4 km away. Here you will find all shops for daily needs, banks, a pharmacy and restaurants. To the coast you drive about 20 minutes where you can enjoy the wide, large beach of Cala Millor and of the picturesque bays of the sea. Manacor, the closest larger city, can be reached in about a 15 minute drive. Here you will find the train station from which you can drive into the centre of Palma. A lot of restaurants and cafes in the pedestrian zone of Manacor invite you to unwind. The particularly beautiful city of Arta, which can also be reached in about a 15 minute drive, is located on a hill and offers many attractions like the monastery of San Salvador and the caves.

Schon die Fotos waren ja so ansprechend, aber in Wirklichkeit war es noch viel schöner. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt. Die ästhetische Einrichtung, die großen Räume, die wirklich schönen Bilder der Vemieterin, die große Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Weitblick, der Pool ganz für uns alleine, der dicht bewachsene Garten - es stimmte alles. Und dann noch die vielen netten Kleinigkeiten in der Gestaltung, auch der kleine freundliche Willkommensgruß - es fehlte an nichts. Wir haben uns richtig gut erholt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ein Ort zum Relaxen.

Beschreibung und Bilder entsprechen der Realitaet. Kueche und Bad sind zweckmaessig ausgestattet. Positiv das Moskitonetz im Schlafzimmer und der Kaminofen im Wohnzimmer. Ein Kaminbesteck wuerde die Reinigung allerdings erleichtern.

Kleiner Kritikpunkt: die notwendigen Kleinigkeiten wie Streichhoelzer, Muelltueten, Toilettenpapier waren leider Mangelware (oder von uns nicht auffindbar).

Sehr angenehm ist die Poolheizung an kuehleren Tagen. Kleine Anregung: die Reinigung sollte kurz erlaeutert werden. Gerne haetten wir den Poolboden waehrend unseres zweiwoechigen Aufenthalts mehr als nur das eine Mal von Blaettern und Tierchen befreit gesehen.

Terrassenmoebel, Liegen und Auflagen sind ausreichend vorhanden und superbequem. Den Aussengrill (nicht gemauert, sondern ein Gasgrill) haben wir gern und oft genutzt.

Ein Traum ist die wunderbare Landschaft und Umgebung. Absolut der richtige Platz, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen und Kraft zu tanken.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefuehlt.
