It is a beautiful house that is peacefully located. A spacious living room with a fireplace is connected with the dining room and connected through a door with the kitchen. A spacious terrace connects to the living room and connects to the comfortable, spacious garden, which can also be accessible through the garage and where you will find a pool and a space for ball games with a goal.

Vinaros is a city with about 20,000 residents on the northern edge of the province of Castellón. The attractive cities of Barcelona and Valencia can be reached in a two hour drive. Recommended excursions to the castle of Papa Luna to Peniscola, whose large beaches are 15 km away. The city itself has multiple beaches, the largest beach is located in the city itself on the spacious beach promenade, which can be reached on foot from the apartment. Vinaros itself glimmers with its lively old city, the unusual church which owes its robustness to the origins from a former arsenal. The airports of Barcelona and Valencia can be reached in about 2 hours by car, Reus in one. Sport options on site: diving, swimming, tennis, hiking, sailing, cycling, fishing, golfing, surfing, mountain biking, inline skating.
