Photos and Description of this Calpe holiday villa 3 min to the beach by car

The house 'Villa Malibu' is in the residential area of La Cometa III on a hillside with a view of Calpe and the ocean. The 1500 m² property is secluded. There is a very large sun terrace, large palm garden, 10x5 m pool and 2 outdoor bars for refreshments and an outdoor kitchen. Provided: washing machine, garden furniture, sun beds, parking space. Both apartments, which can be reserved together, are fully-furnished and are located next to one another on the ground floor. Apartment 1: Bedroom (bed 1.8x2 m), living room with dining table/sleeper sofa, bathroom w/shower, kitchen and hallway. Apartment 2: just like apartment 1, but with open kitchen. Both apartments have satellite TV, parking for several cars on the property. No one lives on the top floor during the rental period.

Calpe is one of the most popular resorts in Spain. There are kilometres of very well-maintained sand beaches, marina and many beautiful restaurants and pubs. The is also a beautiful Old Town with upscale restaurants and pubs. You can see the Peñon de Ifach, the Costa Blanca landmark, from everywhere. It is a giant 300 m rock peninsula on the Calpe beach 'Playa de la Fosa'. Typical Spanish fiestas are great for a change of pace.
