The comfortably furnished house for up to 8 people is located in a quiet residential area in Sa Coma. The beach and a large supermarket are about 10 min by foot. It is a 200 m² house with 4 bedrooms with double beds as well as 2 fully-equipped bathrooms. The large eat-in kitchen is great for cooking w/friends or family. The necessary utensils and appliances are provided. The living/dining room is furnished with a large dining table, where everyone can easily find a place to sit, as well as a cosy couch. A fireplace ensures warmth for cool days. The newly installed central heating makes the house ideal for winter months. The flat-screen television w/satellite and Premiere reception and stereo system as well. The partially covered terrace has enough space for sun bathing during the day and is a meeting point for dinner in the evening. You can have dishes made on the grill.

Sa Coma is a popular resort on Majorca's east coast between Porto Christo and Cala Millor. It has all the amenities of a well-built tourist infrastructure. The town is captivating with its about 900 m long flat, shallow sand beach and is thus great for families with children. There are several well-maintained beach pubs right on the beach with refreshments and snacks. North of Sa Coma, there is a nature reserve, Punta de n'Amer, a popular destination. There is a ranch right on the beach, you can rent horses for some riding. For spa lovers, the Thalasso & wellness spa 'Bio Mar' has just what you need. We recommend visiting the Coves del Drac caves about 9 km away by Porto Christo, we also recommend the safari park at the edge of town. Golf lovers will find their stomping grounds a few kilometres away in the Pula Golf Club by Son Servera.
