There is an impressive wide view of the ocean, the town of Jávea and the mountains inland from many spots in this family-friendly villa. It is in the residential area 'El Tosalet', a very well-maintained and quiet area. The 1700 m² property is completely established. Large lawns, green hedges and beautiful trees adorn the fantastic garden. The house is in very good condition and has substantial furnishings. All amenities for daily life, from the excellent restaurant to the well-stocked supermarket, are all just a few minutes away by car. It is about 5 minutes by car from the ocean and sand beach.
