An amazing home in a prime location on a sailboat canal in SW Cape Coral. Features include 3 spacious bedrooms plus den, 3 full baths, inviting great room design, updated kitchen with marble countertops, and an electrically heated pool. The patio faces west and includes a large sundeck, perfect to enjoy the Florida sunshine and relax by the saltwater pool. The home was built in 1995 and is absolutely spotless, with beautiful furnishings and decorations everywhere. Boaters will like the direct access to the river - no bridges or boat locks to deal with. There are many fine vacation homes on the market, but this one is truly special.

Cape Coral is a popular destination for guests from all over the world, offering a wide selection of beautiful vacation homes, many of them on the water. Local attractions include the SunSplash Waterpark in Cape Coral, the Edison Home in Fort Myers, and of course the fabulous beaches along the Gulf coast. Worth mentioning in particular is Sanibel Island, about 35 min away, which features some of the best beaches in the world if you are a shell seeker. Busch Gardens, Tampa Bay, is about a 2 hr trip; the Zoo in Naples and Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary are about 1 hr away respectively, and to reach Mickey in Orlando, calculate about 3 hrs.

wir waren Gäste in diesem Ferienhaus mit seiner sehr gelungenen Architektur, seiner geschmackvollen Einrichtung und allen erdenklichen Komfort - bis zum beheizbaren Pool.

Die Lage der wunderschöne Villa in einer sehr guten Gegend, im Südwesten Cape Corals - dem "Venedig Amerikas", und einen traumhaften Ausblick am Kanal mit viel Ruhe ist ein Vorteil –
trotzdem muss man nicht entbehren, denn nicht weniger als fünf große Malls liegen in Fort Myers nicht weit entfernt, und die herrlichen Strände von Cape Coral, Fort Myers Beach und Sanibel Island waren ebenfalls leicht zu erreichen.

Der Haushalt ist zwar großzügig für sechs Personen eingerichtet und lässt bis zum Eiswürfelautomat keine Wünsche offen, aber man kann es auch zu zweit sehr gut genießen.
Es war ein gelungener Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder!
