The community Santanyí lies in the southeast of the Mediterranean Balearic island of Majorca. You can discover here, above all, a beautiful nature and much more calm, as well as Spanish life. Santanyí is although not too large, there are a few sights to see. On every Wednesday and on every Sunday, a traditional market place, where you can get fresh foods from the region, including memorabilia and souvenirs. The nature park named Mondrago is located just outside, in its core are two very nice and quiet beach sections to find-S´Amarador and Cala Mondrago. 4km from here is also very nice and Cala Llombards und beautiful S'Almonia. The golf course Vall d'Or in Cala d'Or, 20 minutes by car. This zone is ideal for cycling.
