Beautiful semi-detached villa in a nice and quiet residential area, only 200 m to beach and communal pool; very well equipped, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge with doors to garden and terrace, large kitchen with electric oven, gas cooker, two fridges with freezer, microwave. The villa has a nice private garden and terraces as well as a closed private car-parking. The terrace invites to lie in the sun also in the warm winter months.There is A/C in two bedrooms and the lounge. English Satellite TV. Only 10 minutes walk to a very nice beach club - free entrance - with several swimming pools, restaurants, beach-bar.
