This romantic townhouse is located in a historic city with all of its amenities. There is 1 dining room, 1 open kitchen with modern appliances, 1 living room with fireplace, 1 bathroom with tub and WC, as well as a covered porch with outdoor fireplace and vaulted cellar on the ground floor. There are 3 large double bedrooms and a large master bedroom with air conditioning and bathroom en suite, as well as 2 terraces with view. The house has modern oil central heating, satellite TV and telephone, as well as city water and GESA electric. There is also a water cistern as well, so that you always have water. There is a large terrace off the living room. There are several orange trees and palms that are great for relaxing and dining under. A pool is also inviting for a swim.

Places to shop within walking distance. Playa de Palma - most beautiful beach, very clean! (12 min. by foot) Downtown Palma in 15 minutes.
