Holiday accommodation on the 2nd floor of a 1900s 3-storey block of flats. With view of the market tower. Well isolated against heat and cold. With spacious garden area and off-road parking in the yard. The house is a listed historical building and won the historical building award of the district Teltow-Fläming 2008. The „Fläming Skate“ track, a popular 3 metres wide skate path, begins just 100 metres from the flat in 'Gottower Str.' (in direction of Gottow) as 2 metres wide skate and cycle path. Two bicycles are present and can be used.

Luckenwalde is situated in the south of Berlin in the glacial valley on the edge of the Fläming. The river Nuthe and plenty of small waterways pass through the town and its environs. The medieval market tower can already be seen from afar. A special architectural sight is the former factory for hats of Erich Mendelsohn from 1924. The Fläming Skate track circles Luckenwalde and Jüterbog and attracts skaters from all over the world. The impeccable asphalt path leads through beautiful scenery. Generally the path is about 3 metres wide, which is reduced to 2 metres in some places where it is an extended cycle path. Cyclists can also use it.
