It will start in spring 2009: the South Tyrol way of life and designer furniture meet vine and mountain panorama. GIUS - LA RESIDENZA is a mixture of appartment complex and hotel, with 9 residences/suites: unintrusive, classy, modern. Top quality interior, with wood and glass fronts. The shape is similar to the one of a studio; a sophisticated composition of soft, warm and harmonic colours, unexpected details and luxury materials, with plenty of light and space, elegance and comfort. Those who want to feel like staying in a precious holiday appartment can cook in their own kitchenette and enjoy their freedom. Those who want to feel like staying in a fine little hotel can watch their à la carte breakfast being prepared in our active kitchen and enjoy it in our cosy breakfast room together with other guests. Deliciously-scenting rolls, freshly-pressed juices - everything is prepared according to our guest's wishes and made of organic, high-quality ingredients.

In order to support you, we provide you with a pleasant atmosphere and beautiful surroundings, SAT-TV, telephone, safe and wireless internet connection.

'Caldaro is an open-air theatre' H. Hochrein: people here are diverse, you will not find two people who are alike. This is worth a study, indeed. The best time to do this is in the very beginning, when you are still fresh and new. And the best place to do this is Caldaro's market square. Just sit there and watch - maybe over a cup of Espresso - and relax. Buy some souvenirs, yes, and write some postcards. Good reason for having another Espresso. Shop useful and not so useful things, without any need. Enjoy a glass of white wine around lunch. Have some ice cream at the well - no, actually it is already called gelato here - or a Cappuccino. And if you want to do it like the locals - which is always the best thing to do when travelling abroad - than have a glass of slightly chilled Lake Caldaro wine in the afternoon.
