The villa Confluencia is located near the 2nd line only a stone's throw from the beautiful beach of Can Picaforts. The 25 m2 large apartment with a sea view is purposely and friendly furnished, has 2 balconies with chairs, table and chairs, German SAT TV and a complete kitchenette for self-catering. A lawn in front of the house rounds off the offer. Only 20 m away is the turquoise coloured sea with the slowly deepening stunning beach and the beautiful promenade with its bars and restaurants.

In the north east of Majorca on the wide bay of Alcudia you will find Can Picafort, a famous family-friendly beach resort made from a small fishing village. The city has a long stretching beach promenade with a lot of restaurants and bars. Furthermore, south east of the house is the marina, a small local community center. The beach of Can Picafort is a slowly deepening beach. The Playa de Muro (in the Bay of Alcudia) with its dune landscape is somewhat wider and peaceful. Can Picafortis located about 60 km from the Palma. The city itself is surrounded by forests and thus ideal for nature lovers. Holiday goers that want to partake in sports will find nearly all water sport options on the 10 km long beach. Top- Lage am Strand!

Anfang September habe ich mit meiner Freundin eine Woche im Appartement Confluentia verbracht und wir fanden es beide ziemlich klasse! Die Wohnung hat einfach eine Top-Lage, direkt am Strand, besser geht nicht! So konnten wir beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse schon sehen, ob Wellen waren und später vom Strand zwischendurch immer mal wieder nach Hause. Oder wir sind einfach in die umliegenden Hotels an den Pool, was kein Problem war, solange man was trinkt. Überhaupt ist der Ort sehr entspannt, abends ist immer was los, aber es ist nicht so schrill wie Arenal. Ansonsten ist das Appartement praktisch eingerichtet, hat deutsches Fernsehen und alles was man sonst so braucht. War einfach rund der Urlaub und dazu noch günstig, was will man mehr. Haben es deshalb auch bereits weiterempfohlen.

Super Urlaub

Wir (mein Mann und ich) haben im September in der Villa Confluencia Urlaub gemacht. Die Fe-Wohnung war sauber, einfach eingerichtet, aber es war alles da was Mann/Frau braucht. Die gute Seele ist Annerose,die sich immer bemühte unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen und auch so manchen Tipp parat hatte. Die Nähe zum Strand ist natürlich unschlagbar. Auch abends mangelte es nicht an Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten im Ort. Viele schöne Gaststätten und Bars sind in der Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar.
Von hier aus schöne Grüße aus Ludwigsfelde an Annerose. Wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung gerne weiter.

Wir (meine Frau und ich/beide Rentner) haben vom 03.09. - 17.09.2009 in der Villa Confluencia Urlaub gemacht. Der erste Eindruck war zwar nicht berauschend, aber es war doch alles da, was man braucht und es ist einfach eingerichtet. Bei den Preis auch verständlich. Die 'gute Seele' ist Annerose Martin, die einem jeden Wunsch erfüllt und auch gute Tipps für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. gibt.
Der Strand reißt alles wieder raus, denn der Sandstrand ist wirklich nicht weiter als 20 Meter und man kann ein Stück ins Meer laufen, auch gut für Kinder geeignet.
Wir haben schon für das nächste Jahr 3 Wochen für dieses Urlaubsdomizil eingeplant und freuen uns schon riesig darauf. Liebe Grüße von hier aus an Frau Martin und bis bald.

Wir waren im September 1 Woche in der Villa Confluentia und es hat uns super gefallen. Die Ferienwohnung war gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage, 20 m vom Strand war genial. Anna Rosa hat sich bestens um uns gekümmert. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder einen Urlaub
hier verbringen

Lage war klasse!
Allerdings hat nicht jedes Appartement den Blick aufs Meer (unseres z.Bsp. nicht).
Die Betten sind alt und unbequem.
Die Küchenzeile hat uns persönlich nicht zum Kochen eingeladen. Auch diese war sehr verbraucht und wirkte bereits etwas mitgenommen. Aus dem Grund haben wir ausschließlich auswärts gegessen, was natürlich zusätzlich Geld gekostet hat.
Trotzdem, wenn man das ein oder andere Äuglein zudrückt, wird es ein schöner Urlaub.
