Very bright, high ceilings, large windows and sliding doors; on freshwater canal; no thru-traffic; all new furniture and equipment in 2008, of course with tv, internet connection, phone, etc.; you will find everything you need, and much more; spacious lanai and very large heated pool; new dock in June 2008; new plants and palm trees planted in June 2008; enjoy and relax!

Wir haben dieses Jahr im August wohl einen unserer bisher schönsten Urlaub verbracht. Die Ville Providence war einfach fantastisch. Wir haben uns sofort hier wohlgefühlt. Alles sehr neu, sauber und topp ausgestattet. Unsere Tochter liebt den Pool und den Icemaker. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool riesig und sehr sauber, der Ausblick egal von welcher Stelle des Hauses war großartig. Gute Betreuung vor Ort. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank und bis bald.

Traumurlaub - besser geht es nicht

Im Okt/Nov 2008 verbrachten wir hier drei Wochen und waren restlos begeistert. Wir dachten, das Haus kann nicht so schön sein, wie dargestellt, aber es war sogar noch besser. Hier wären wir sofort eingezogen. Großzügig geschnitten, feinste Ausstattung (Porzellan, Gläser etc.) und Möblierung, mit Büro. Uns Hobbyköche haben sogar die teuren Töpfe und Messer überrascht. Schöne und ruhige Lage am Kanal, der Pool traumhaft. Wir wollten das Haus direkt für 2009 mieten, aber leider war es nicht mehr frei. Wir haben bei diesem Vermieter für 2009 ein anders Haus gemietet.
