Wonderful vacation home south of Camelot Park; higher ceilings; built 1997; 2,149 square feet of living area; 4 bedrooms (K, Q, 2xT), 2 bathrooms plus pool bath; small office with fax in fourth bedroom; fully equipped with A/C, tv (cable), high speed internet connection, stereo, DVD, phone (local), washer, dryer, dishwasher, range, microwave, towels, linens, etc.; 2-car-garage (occupied by one car); gas BBQ grill; 3 minutes walk to outside tennis courts (play for free) and 3 minutes by car to Cape Harbour! Large heated pool and pooldeck; southern rear exposure for sun the whole day; gorgeous new boat dock. This house is fully equipped like all our vacation homes.
