The villa has a covered pool that makes it possible to swim year-round. The pool water is chlorine-free. The villa is completely fenced in with auto gate. The grill house has a kitchen with ceramic cooker etc. There are terraces around the house and there is a 45 m² balcony with a 280 degree view on the tower. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms en suite, 1 with shower. Living room with fireplace, television, DVD, CD stereo. Kitchen with all appliances American refrigerator with ice maker. Utility room with washing machine, dryer, garage, carport, a Mediterranean garden and many extras.
