The Casa Conelle is a unique farm from the 17th century that we renovated and expanded in 2000 to 2004 with love and according to biological pints. The facade and the unique architecture of the building remained preserved. Modern installations like central heating and warm water preparation through environment-friendly solar heating systems are also present. We are located a 5 minute drive from Arcevia. You can reach the village of San Ginesio in just a 5 minute walk, the closest supermarket is also nearby. From a soft meadow you can enjoy the view of the surrounding hills and forests and the cities of Arcevia and Piticchio. Since our property is about 2 hectares large, you can play on an expansive meadow, swim in the spacious swimming pool (12 x 4 m) or just relax in the sun. Or you can relax in your chair next to the small and large oak trees, poplars and acacias.

You also have the possibility to go hiking, climbing or biking in the surrounding area. A visit to the world-famous caves 'Grotte di Frasassi', from which only about 70% has been researched or a ride to the historical cities of 'Urbino' and 'Jesi' are always worth it. The cuisine and wines are the secret tip from Italy. The cuisine of the region uses fresh ingredients like truffles, wild asparagus, seafood and meat specialties - culinary experiences that you will never forget. Furthermore, you can also go wine testing at one of the many surrounding wineries.

    a flat-rate of € 50, for a booking with a pet € 70.
    For a booking of 3 weeks together, we provide a 10% discount
    As a pre-payment we charge 50% of the total amount, the rest of the payment is due 4 weeks before your rental term begins. During school holidays, booking is only possible from Saturday to Saturday.
  • Holdback for cancellation:
    8 - 4 weeks before booking begin 50% of the total amount
    4 weeks or less before booking begin 75% of the total amount

Notes: Basic equipment: furnished patios or balcony. The rooms impress through their high ceilings of up to 5 m and the lovely free beams. The kitchens are open dining kitchens with 4 or 5 flame gas stoves or electric stoves. The kitchens are completely equipped and some have a dishwasher. A washing machine can be used by all. Bedsheets are also provided. Radio, CD player and coffee machine are included in the furnishing. High chair and crib can be provided upon request. The outdoor area can be used mutually and includes garden chairs, sun umbrellas and a large grill. Toys, the 50 m2 pool with outdoor shower and far-reaching meadow areas offer change and relaxation for everyone, whether big or small. Parking spaces are available on the enclosed 1.2 ha property in front of the house.
