In the holiday development of 'Ocean View' there is a modern furnished villa with around 130m² of rooms and living space, distributed over two floors. The lower floor has a large sitting room with comfortable dining area. The small kitchen is along one side of the sitting room and you can go out into the inner courtyard (patio) of about 25 m². In addition, on this floor, there is a guest WC and a utility room with a washing machine and an ironing board. There is also a shower there. The sitting room has large enough South-south-west facing balcony, from which you can enjoy the wonderful view of the Atlantic. The lights of Playa de Las Americas are especially impressive in the evening.

On the sunny South-west coast of Tenerife is the almost 10km long coastal area of the main tourist resort of 'Playa de las Americas'. Up until the 1960s, this region was pure sand and stone desert. Today the scenery is of hotels, bungalows and apartment complexes. The holiday life for the international audience is found predominantly in the fine sandy beaches and countless bars, pubs and discos. For the stroller, there is an uninterrupted promenade, nearly 15km long, which reaches as far as Los Cristianos.

You will find peace here even in the high season. The generous bathing area is only one or two minutes walk from the villa. There is a snack bar attached in which you can also take light meals. A small supermarket is directly next door to the holiday development. The seafront promenade of Playa de Las Americas is about 15 minutes walk away, with stairs, or 20 minutes walk along the streets. Very close by, only about 5 minutes walk, is the leisure and swimming park 'Aquapark Octopus' with gigantic water slides, several swimming pools and waterways. In addition, the dolphinarium provides fun for not only the children, but the grown-ups too.
