Very beautiful 3 double room holiday apartment with a wonderful sea view on the 2nd floor of the Ferrera Park complex. 5min walk to the beautiful bay Cala Ferrera and the centre. The apartment is tastefully furnished. The well-lit, friendly living and dining room has an access to the terrace, from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of the sea. The living room offers you TV and DVD. The modern kitchenette also has a microwave. Altogether, there are 3 double rooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. In he Ferrera Park complex you will find a communal pool located directly above the sea. A ladder attached to the cliffs provides for direct access to the sea, there are also places to sunbathe that have been carved into the cliffs. The spacious garden with lawns and high pine trees gives off a comfortable, peaceful atmosphere.

The Ferrera Park complex attracts through its stunning location, there is a great communal pool and direct access to the sea. Only 200m to the great beach Cala Ferrera. In the centre of the city of Cala Ferrera you will find a lot of restaurants, nightlife and shops - all of which can be reached in about a 5min walk. Cala Dor with its lively happenings is only about 2km away. In a 10min drive you can reach the Mondrago natural park with the most beautiful beaches and shaded picnic spaces in the pine forests directly by the sea. The market cities of Santanyi (market: Wednesdays and Saturdays) and Felanitx (market: Sundays) can be reached in a 10min drive. Even Palma can be reached in just under an hour by car - here you will find all advantages of a capitol. The long white beaches of Es Trenc can be reached in a 20min drive. Ideal starting point for excursions and at the same time an ideal destination for people who do not drive.

Die Wohnung und die Umgebung waren optimal gelegen. Bedingt durch die Nachsaison war es sehr ruhig und erholsam. Die Wohnung war in einem guten Zustand. Die Betreuung bei einem Problem war sehr gut.
Man kann die Wohnung auf alle Fälle weiter empfehlen.
Was fehlte: eine Kaffeemaschine und mehrere deutsche Fernsehsender (nur ARD), in der Küche war kein Sieb vorhanden(gehört eigentlich zum Standard).
