The exclusive top floor apartment number 6 is on 2 levels and is equipped with a French balcony, Danish fireplace, a sauna and 2 bathrooms. The apartment itself is located in a 2 story residential building with altogether 8 units.

The golf course was expanded in 2008 by 9 holes and starting in summer 2009, it will have 27 holes.
