On a supervised private estate (Domaine de Cap Lardier) is where you’ll find this very well maintained, comfortable Provencal-style villa with an approx. 4.5 x 10 m pool. The garden (ca. 1,500m²) is completely fenced and very beautiful. The villa has ca. 150 m² ground surface and space for 8 persons and a spacious living room with glass doors to the large terrace with gas grill. Cap Lardier estate is between La Croix-Valmer (ca. 6 km) and Ramatuelle. Shops are ca. 2 km away. There are lots of local sport and leisure activities: sailing, motor boat, diving, water skiing, horse riding, golf, hiking, cycling etc., Excursions to St. Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Aix-en-Provence, Grasse or Bormes-les-Mimosas are well worth it! If you like the sea you’ll love all the little bays and their sandy beaches.

St. Tropez „Presqu ’Ile de St. Tropez“ peninsula is undoubtedly one of the most wonderful locations on the Côte d’ Azur. The villas and houses are fantastic and in tranquil surroundings (vineyards alternating with little pine and deciduous forests) but still very central, since all the infrastructure is close by. The hilly environment is very Provencal in character, there are wonderful beaches at Cape Lardier or on the other side of the Cape, the famous “Tahiti“ and “Pampelonne“ beaches or the lovely bay of Escalet are all within easy reach by car. Gassin, in the hills above La Croix Valmer, has uniquely kept its original character and is full of narrow alleyways. From terraces of European hackberry trees in Barri’s southern atmosphere (very nice cafés and restaurants) the view extends over the bay of St. Tropez.
