This very beautiful villa is in St. Maxime (Beauvallon district), near a golf course in ca. 4,000m² of wonderful grounds. The beach is ca. 1,100 m away and easily reachable on foot. The villa has ca. 350m² ground surface, space for 8 persons, and has a wonderful sea view and a large pool (11 x 5m). There are lots of sport and leisure activities: sailing, motor boat, diving, water skiing, horse riding, golf, hiking, cycling etc., excursions to St. Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Aix-en-Provence, Grasse or Bormes-les-Mimosas are well worth it! If you like the sea you’ll love all the little bays and their sandy beaches.

Nearest Airport: Cannes at 40 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1100 Metres
Beauvallon is on the Gulf of St. Tropez, halfway between Ste.Maxime and Port Grimaud. Ste.Maxime, a holiday resort with no big hotels, has retained the charm of a little town on the Côte d'Azur. The colourful daily market has all regional fresh produce and a good selection of sea food. Numerous cafés and restaurants and narrow alleyways create a pleasant ambience. The harbour has daily and weekly charter boats and crossings to St. Tropez and the islands of Hyères. St. Maxime has a lovely sandy beach, and the locals meet up there in the evening for a game of boules. The atmosphere is pleasant and low-key. The town has all kinds of shops and supermarkets. Very much recommended and a ‘must’ to see is Port Grimaud and of course Grimaud itself with its wonderful old alleyways.
