Wir waren im Mai für eine Woche das erste Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Familie Otremba waren wirklich vorbildliche Vermieter. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns so super gefallen, dass wir im Dezember wieder kommen.

Wunderschöne Altbau-Wohnung mit Wandmalerei

Die Wohnung ist hell mit sehr großen Räumen.
Eine große Wohnküche, ein kleineres Schlafzimmer, ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Hochbett (oder Spielboden), gerade für Kinder ab ca. 4 Jahren geeignet (darunter lieber nicht wegen Absturzgefahr).
Großer Flur, großes Wohnzimmer, sehr schöne, individuelle Möbel und Wandgestaltung. Bad mit Badewanne, begehbarer Schrank unter dem Hochbett.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und stehen einem stets hilfreich zur Seite, wenn es gewünscht wird, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Sie haben uns sogar ein Babybett besorgt, weil wir unseres vergessen hatten.
Der Bahnhof und das Zentrum Spandaus sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar, in der nahen Umgebung hat man von Supermarkt, Geschäften, Bäckerei, Restaurants, Kneipen, Rummel (wir waren im März dort) alles was man braucht, eigentlich müsste man nicht mal nach Mitte fahren.

Vielen Dank noch mal für ein paar wirklich schöne Tage, wir und unsere beiden Kinder waren begeistert!

wir waren im September in dieser Zentral gelegende Ferienwohnung in Spandau.Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich(es ist alles vorhanden).Die Betten waren sehr gut.Im Badezimmer felht leider ein Duschvorhang an der Wanne.Bus und Bahn ist schnell zuereichen.Kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.

Sehr schöne große lichtdurchflutete Räume. Sehr gut für Familien mit Kindern geeignet, da die Kinder ihr eigenes Spielparadies in Form eines Hochbettes haben.Gute Verkehrsanbindung in der Nähe der Ferienwohnung. Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist super, da alles vorhanden ist, was benötigt wird. Gute Betreuung durch die Vermieter. Eigenes Auto nicht notwendig, da Bahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe. Umfangreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten.

Wir waren im Sommer für 5 Tage in dieser Wohnung. Unser Fazit: Seht liebevol gestaltet, alles vorhanden, sehr nette Vermieter und dazu ein angemessener Preis.

Gerade für Familien mit mehreren Kindern sehr empfehlenswert!
