Situated on the beautiful border of Ariany, this magical Finca with a impressful view over the fields and mountians. A quiet natural surrounding in the mittel of the island in which you can relax in minutes. The guests await a lovely decorated house with charming rooms in high quality. The house is separated in 2 living quarters, each with kitchen and fireplace which are off the large entrance hallway. Upstairs are 6 of the 8 bedrooms, 2 Master Bedrooms with baths en-suite. The mediterrain garden with Palm Trees, Oleander, Lavender and many other typical plants. The large terraces have enough place to relax. The sunny terrace with an Infinty-Pool and 12 lounge chairs leaves no wishes open. You can enjoy large Grill-Partys with a fantactic sunset. More pictures on demand

Ariany, a small town with 800 residents, is situated in the mittel of Mallorca on the raod from Petra to Santa Margalida. The luxury villa is on the border of Ariany, a perfect start for tours all over the island. To the beaches 'Playa de Muro' and 'Son Serra de Marina' is only 15 kilometers. The next town, Petra, has 3 supermarkets, 2 bakerys and many small restaurants, the town is a sleepy one where dogs take their naps on the street. Ariany also has a supermar ket and 2 bars, for a 'typical' kitchen there is the restaurant 'SesTorres'. Larger purchases can be made in Manacor (2nd largest town in Mallorca ) which is 15 minutes by car. There are also many places worth seeing, Churches, Museums, also bike riding, tennis and nearby you have Horseback Riding and Carting.....
