Wie schon in der ersten Bewertung beschrieben: Unproblematische Abwicklung, einfach aber komplett (inkl. Wasch-/Spül-/Kaffeemaschine und ausreichend Geschirr) eingerichtete Wohnung für 4 und absolut strandnah. Auf jeden Fall den Preis wert. Der Strand vor dem Haus ist recht schön, aber mit (flachen) Felsen im Wasser eher für Schwimmer geeignet. Ein paar hundert Meter weiter liegt dann aber ein echter Top Strand an dem auch die sehr empfehlenswerten Restaurants anschliessen. Dort können die (kleineren) Kinder wesentlich besser im Wasser planschen.
Ausser den 4 Bars/Restaurants und einem kleinen Markt gib es nichts (entsprechend auch kaum Lärm und Trubel), Auto ist also ein Muss. Dafür ist aber auch eine Garage bei der Wohnung dabei.
Wir hatten die kleinere Wohnung, das war mit 2 Kindern (6,9) ausreichend.

Zur Bewertung: 4 von 5 Sternen ist m.E. eine absolut realistische Bewertung, egal für welches Wetter ;-)

Unschön: In der Anzeige ist werbewirksam die grosse Wohnung, mit Bildern - aber die Preise für die kleinere Wohnung angegeben! Steht unten irgendwo klein im Text, ist aber nicht gerade bester Stil. Auf Nachfrage wurden alle Informationen korrekt in einzelnen Angeboten übermittelt.

Fazit: Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren, war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in Son Serra de Marina

Wenn ich es richtig verstehe, gibt es den Sterne - Abzug für die Gestaltung der Anzeige, was sehr bedauerlich ist.
Wir werden dies aber überdenken. Das die Bemerkungen zu den Preisen so klein sind, liegt ausserhalb unseres Einflusses. Wir sind immer bemüht ganz klare Aussagen zu machen, damit der Gast weiß, was ihn erwartet.

Nach völlig unproblematischer Schlüsselübergabe haben wir eine sehr schöne Woche weit ab vom Troubel in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Strand ist super und überwacht.Häufig hängt jedoch die rote Fahne, da starke Wellen auftreten. Für Kiteyer und Wellenreiter/Bodyboard traumhafte Bedingungen. Auto wird dringend empfohlen.

Owner's Response: Wenn ich ehrlich bin, finde ich die Bewertung mit lediglich NUR 4 von 5 Punkten nicht gerechtfertigt, da sich der Punktabzug hier auf die Wetter- und damit verbundenen Windverhältnisse bezieht. In Kenntnis der hiesigen Verhältnisse muss ich sagen, ich kenne keine Wohnung in 30 Meter Entfernung vom Strand, die in vergleichbarer Ausstattung zu diesen Preisen angeboten wird. Dennoch , danke für die Bewertung.
