The charming 2 storey Key West house is located directly on a side canal of the famous Intracoastals near Las Olas Boulevard. The house is surrounded by a tropical palm tree garden. In the heart of the house you will find a tropical atrium with a fountain. The house is very cozy and stylishly furnished and offers the ideal basis for a stunning relaxing or family holiday. Three of the bedrooms with each 2 bathrooms are located on the top floor. Another room with a bathroom downstairs. Two of the bedrooms on the top floor have access to the spacious roof deck with a spectacular view of the canal and downtown. The house offers enough space for 6 to 8 people. The perfect setting for sunbathing and relaxing. In the garden you will find a large gas grill. 2 kayaks and bikes are also available. Everything is available for families with children.
