This gorgeous villa in Levantine country house style is in the best known estate in Jávea, „El Tosalet“, the leading location for individual tourism on the Costa Blanca. Situated within a centuries old mature park, this holiday home has a wonderful panorama and southern flair. The view includes the sea, the sparkling lights of the town and pinewood scenery. The grounds are completely cultivated. Generous lawns, blossoming oleander, palms and cacti give the garden a typically Mediterranean ambience. Beside the sunny pool terrace there’s a romantic grotto with a barbecue area and bar. All your daily needs from excellent restaurants to well-stocked supermarkets are just a few minutes away by car. It is 5 minutes drive to the sea and the sandy beach.
