Additional information about rental rates

  • Included in the rental prices are all extra costs like: bed sheets and towels with weekly change, final cleaning, heating, internet access, wood for the fireplace, security deposit € 1,000. During the months November to March, central heating must be paid extra.
  • You have the option of taking a cooking class in the nearby restaurant, prices upon request; a cook with his crew (German-speaking) can prepare selected Tuscan menus in your holiday home, assembly and selection of food and drinks according to your suggestions or also your selection.   • In the main villa, there is also a well equipped kitchen, here you will find everything that you need for a perfect kitchen, because it was, just as said, the kitchen for the owner until a few months ago and everything was left there - dishes, glasses, plates, pans, refrigerator, oven, toaster, microwave, bread cutting machine, iron, washing machine, small oven (to quickly bake bread rolls) German and Italian coffee machine and even an electric 5 liter beer cooler!
    With exit from the kitchen, you can get to the back side of the main villa, here there is a large, covered patio with a real Tuscan wood oven: here is where farmers baked bread earlier and the guests surely have a lot of fun to try to bake pizza here,
