The wonderful new villa 'SUNSET DREAM' is located in a peaceful residential area directly by the water. From the large boat dock, you can fish and watch turtles. The completely furnished villa offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, office with internet connection, living room, dining room, washing room and garage. For entertainment, there are 3 televisions, DVD player and stereo. By the large pool and the whirlpool you can go swimming and relax, furthermore, you can enjoy stunning sunsets while grilling during the evening. The recreational options in the region are very diverse: golf, boat tours, fishing, hiking, beach from Cape Coral, water park. Restaurants and different shopping facilities like supermarkets can be reached between 5 and 10 minutes. The closest outlet center is about 35 minutes away. Ft. Myers Beach or the dream island of Sanibel and Captiva Island can be reached in about 30 minutes. Excursions to Miami and Orlando are possible.

Additional information about rental rates

  • All prices plus 11 % Florida tax. The prices given are based on a booking with two adults and two children. Each extra adult pays € 70 per week or € 10 per day extra. The final cleaning is $ 125 plus 11% tax payable with the rest of your payment. The pre-payment upon contract completion is 30% of the total rental price. The rest of the payment is to be paid at latest 30 days before rental begin. The security deposit is € 250.00 and is to be paid together with the rest of the rental.
  • The minimum rental length is a week, during Christmas and Easter it is two weeks.
  • Our rental price is a complete price without extra utilities and contains house instructions and care through a German-speaking house management, electricity and water consumption, telephone in the regional area ('local calls'), internet usage, pool service and garden care, pool heating (from December 15th to April 30th) bed sheets, towels.

The largest bedroom is equipped with a double bed (kingsize, about 2m x 2m) and offers two walk-in cabinets. In this bedroom you will find an HDTV flat screen TV with cable reception. The second bedroom is also equipped with a double bed (queen size, about 1.6m x 2m). The third bedroom also has a queen size bed. All bedrooms offer beautiful views of the canal and garden and have large, walk-in closest. They also have night stands, reading lamps, alarm and bed sheets. Furthermore, ceiling fans are installed, which offers individual air conditioning of the rooms plus the central air conditioning.

my husband and i recently rented this property when visiting family in the area. it is a lovely home with everything you need to relax. the home is so fresh and clean!! we felt as if we were the only people to ever stay there!! we would definitely stay again. you will not be dissappointed in this property !! january 2009

Ein Traumhaus in dem man Ferien machen sollte.Die Bilder zeigen genau das was man vorfinden möchte.Man ist von Cape Coral sehr flexibel und erreicht alle schönen Ziele in "kürze".
Das schönste für unsere Kinder war der Pool und die Schildkröten.
Also wenn nach Amerika dann Villa Sunset.

ja, leider ging die Zeit viel zu schnell vorüber. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Ihr Haus ist wunderschön, so schön eingerichtet :-). - wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben 10 Tage in der Villa Sunset Dream verbracht und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus ist top eingerichtet, die Betten sind gut, das inbegriffene WLAN haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Geschätzt haben wir auch, dass es sich um ein Nichtraucher- und Nicht-Haustier-Haus handelte. Unsere Tochter verbrachte viele Stunden im Swimmingpool und insgesamt wären wir auch gerne noch länger geblieben. Wir können die Villa Sunset Dream auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Die Beschreibung und Fotos geben alle nötigen Informationen zum Haus und dessen Ausstattung. Weitere nützliche und interessante Infos erhält man direkt vom Vermieter. Die Villa Sunset Dream ist perfekt geeignet um einen relaxten Urlaub in Florida zu verbringen. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und verfügt über einen großzügigen Wohn-/Essbereich mit offener Küche. Drei bequeme Schlafzimmer und zwei Vollbäder bieten ausreichend Platz und das gesamte Haus ist in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Am Pool lässt es sich wunderbar den Tag in der Sonne verbringen und vom Steg aus die Schildkröten und Fischotter beobachten. Am Abend kann man dank des Screens mückenlos auf der Terrasse sitzen und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe gut mit dem Auto erreichbar und auch die Strände von Fort Myers Beach und Sanibel Island kann man nach relativ kurzer Fahrt genießen. Die Vorbereitung, als auch die Betreuung vor Ort sind perfekt und lassen keine Wünsche offen.

Fazit: klare Empfehlung!
