Holiday apartment in the historical old city of Granada near the cathedral. This zone is the commercial, cultural and university centre of the city, where the tapeo can indulge themselves and it is located near the most charming squares in Granada. The apartment is a 20 minute walk from the Alhambra and 10 from the historical district of Albaicin. It is in a protected building from the XVIII century with two Andalusian inner courtyards on the ground floor. It is an old building with a bedroom and a living room, a fully furnished kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub. The bedroom has a canopy bed and has a view of the still inner courtyard. We provide you with bedsheets and towels. The living room has a TV and a music system with CD and a couch (190 x 120 cm). There is a cot and a scale. It has a capacity for 4 adults and a baby or 2 adults and 2 children.

We had a lovely week in your apartment in Granada. Your apartment was very comfortable and charming, was absolutely great.The bedroom perfect for independent person who like privacy, peace and quiet in the middle of the Granada. The apartment is perfect for two persons.We enjoyed immersing ourselves in Spanish life and culture

Wir haben in dieser Wohnung 4 Tage verbracht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr liebenswürdig.In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man benötigte.
Die Einrichtung war liebevoll und zweckmäßig.
Hervorragend ist die Lage,weil man alles zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit erreichen kann!! Wir haben das sehr genossen.
Gleichzeitig bedingt die Lage den Negativaspekt: Im Wohnzimmer ist es durch den Lärm von der engen Straße her ungeheuer laut. Lüften ist daher unangenehm, und das Schlafsofa kann man als solches kaum nutzen.
Im Schlafraum dagegen konnten wir Ruhe genießen.
Das Haus mit dem allgemeinen Garten und Patio ist wahrlich luxuriös, die Wohnung eher normal.
Wir würden trotzdem gerne wiederkommen!
