You can reach the apartment on the 4th floor with an elevator directly from the underground garage where you will find a parking space. The apartment has a large living-dining room with a balcony and sea view, a bedroom with balcony and connected bathroom, a spacious kitchen with access to the balcony and a separate guest WC. The large balcony by the living room with a stunning sea view invites you to have cosy hours: a dinner with romantic sunset or a breakfast with a view of the bay of Cannes guarantee relaxed hours. The private outdoor pool is located in a park-like garden and invites you to sunny hours. Built-in cabinets and sideboards offer enough storage everywhere. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves no wishes open.
