Crozon holiday house: Landevennec

Ker Anna was totally restructured and modernized from 2003 - 2006. The monument protected grounds remained unchanged, inside the house it corresponds with our needs for a lot of room, light & lightness. While doing this we paid attention to preserving as many old construction pieces as possible. Thus, for example, all old balconies on the ground floor, some even from the 18th century, have remained in place. The technical conversion corresponds with the modern standard: the total electricity is in the newest state, while the quality of construction materials & the equipment with technical devices was paid attention to. In the living room & on the entire 1st floor, the traditional construction of the hemp-lime plaster insulation contributes to a warm atmosphere. Due to the space, no central heating could be installed, unfortunately there is only electric or wood heating. Due to the open construction (the sleeping area is on the gallery on the 1st floor), Ker Anna is ideal for 2 people.
