Wir hatten zusammen mit unseren zwei Kindern (3 und 5J) eine herrliche Zeit auf der Finca "Luna del sur". Das Wetter war trotz Mitte Oktober sehr gut und waren wir jeden Tag im sehr sauberen Pool oder im Meer schwimmen.
Die Finca ist sehr gepflegt und stilvoll eigerichtet, für Kinder sind Spielsachen vorhanden und der Blick von der Küche und der Terasse auf Dattel- und Bananenpalmen sowie über die Bucht von Palma hin bis zum Meer lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Unsere Kinder haben schon jetzt geplant wiederzukommen.

Ein atmosphärisches Haus, wunderbar stimmig und individuell geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man merkt, es wurde nicht als "Feriendomizil" geschaffen, hier lebten die Eigentümer. Gemütlich, stilish ohne jeglichen Pomp, aber überall findet man liebevolle Kleinigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt so schön machen. Komplette Ausstattung: Hier kann richtig gekocht werden!
Der kleine Teich hinterm Bad hinterm Haus - es gibt so viele Stellen auf diesem Grundstück, wo ich gerne hingegangen bin, mich hingesetzt habe, ganz in Ruhe, fast schon meditativ. Ich habe weniger von Mallorca gesehen als geplant, da ich mich teilweise lieber auf der Finca aufgehalten habe - morgens auf der Terrasse den ersten Tee schlürfen, abends auf derselben vom Mond beschienen den letzten Tee oder auch einen Wein ...., nachts das Blöken der Schafe nebenan, mit etwas Glück das Quaken der Frösche aus dem Teich: allemal musikalischer und einschläfernder als Autolärm, wovon es hier einfach nix gibt. Ich habe in nur vier Tagen meine Batterien komplett aufgetankt....
Eine ganz besondere Finca, absolut zu empfehlen.

Sehr schön, funktionell, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, angenehme Atmosphäre, sauber und gepflegt. Lage ruhig, trotzdem mit mit dem Wagen schnell in Palma und am Meer. Schlüsselübergabe promt ohne Wartezeit.Pflege und Reinigung des Pools durch Vermieter geregelt, ebenso Endreinigung.
Wunderbar für Mallorca-Kenner, aber auch für -Anfänger, zentrale Lage.
Diese Feriendomizil können wir nur weiter empfehlen.

Wir waren zu zweit zu Gast und hatten nur 3 Tage zeit, da diese nicht vermietet waren erfolgte eine problemlose Buchung ueber email. Durch die Zeit (halb September 2009) war die Miete niedriger und das Preis - Leistungsverhaeltnis auch darum ausgezeichnet. Vor Ort angenehmer Empfang durch Gunnar und seine Frau die ungefragt Zusatzinformationen verschafften und sofort kamen als wir die Gasflasche nicht selbst wechseln konnten. Alles noetige ist da und auch so manches noch von Vorgaengern (z.b. haltbares Essen). Fuer Selbstversorger ausgezeichnet und in nur wenigen Autominuten ist alles vorhanden, einfache Nahversorgung auch zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr ruhig gelegen und alle noetigen Informationen ueber das Haus und Umgebung ligt auf einem Tisch bereit. Hier hetten wir es viel laenger als die 3 verfuegbarenb Tage aushalten koennen (auch wenn das Wetter nicht ganz mitspielte).
