Luxurious chalet situated just 10 minutes walk from Kaprun village centre. Newly renovated in summer 2008 to the highest standards the chalet can accommodate up to 8 plus baby. It lies in the Sportregion Kaprun/Zell am See with over 130 kms of ski slopes within 15 minutes transfer from Haus Luisa. One enjoys amazing views to Kaprun Castle, Schmittenhoehe and Kaprun village from the balcony and back garden. In summer, there is plenty for even the most adventurous - with mountain biking, hiking, riding, golf and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools all located with a 10 minute transfer time.

Notes: The house has been specially designed by a family for families and downstairs there is a large childrens playroom with their own TV, DVD player, toys and books that they can play with. The house is an end Town house. It has a cellar with childrens playroom and bathroom, ground floor with kitchen and living room, the first floor with bathroom and two bedrooms and the second floor with bedroom 3. The house has exceptional space and even when full, does not feel cramped in any way. There are however, alot of steps and it makes the house unsuitable for either disabled or elderly visitors.

The Pinzgauer cycle route is just nearby and there is plenty more for the family to do: Krimmler Waterfalls, wonderful walkways on Schmittenhoehe mountain, swimming pools in Kaprun (inside and outside) riding and lots lots more! Winter: The ski bus stop is less than 50 metres away. The Kitzsteinhorn (over 3000m above see level) guarantees snow between October and June with the Kaprun ski slopes less than 1km away and Zell am See just a 10 minute transfer and Saalbach/Hinterglemm within a short distance.
