The finca Rustica "Cas Sabater Mora" is located between Manacor and Arta in the east of the island, absolutely peacefully located and very central. To the closest beach in Pto. Cristo or Sa Coma it is about 6-7 km and can be reached comfortably. The historical finca comes from the 18th century and was lovely restored in 2004. Ideal for families with children in order to spend a relaxed summer holiday in a sunny atmosphere. On the 9000 m² piece of land you will find a private spring that is also responsible for the water supply for the property. You can also eat by the large pool, which is surrounded by a 1500 m² garden with tropical plants. The finca is separated into two building complexes. Both the main house and the "guest house" have a separate entrance. Of course, you can rent the entire finca and have no further holiday goers on the property, even if you only want to live in the main house alone. 2 covered terraces invite you to have romantic evenings.

The finca Cas Sabater Mora is located centrally in a hilly landscape between Arta and Manacor and belongs to the region of Sant Llorenc de Cardassar. The attractive cities with their countless cafes, shopping and grocery options can be reached comfortably by car. Porto Cristo with it 's marina is located 7 km away and invites you with its maritime flair to discover. The famous "dragon caves" (Coves del drac) are attractive with the largest underground lake of Europe (Wikipedia). A lot of small, lonely bays that can often only be reached on foot distinguish the east coast of Majorca. Expansive beaches with flat, shallow waters and ideal swimming options, particularly for children, can be found in the nearby Sa Coma and to Cla Millor and Ca Bona. Along this city you will find beach promenades with many shops, restaurants, bars and countless cafés.

Wir waren im Sommer 2006 in dieser Finca zu Gast und haben alles genauso vorgefunden, wie hier beschrieben.
Der Platz ist idyllisch und ganz ruhig, man hört nur die Glöckchen der Schafe rundum und die Grillen...
Hervorzuheben wäre die Sitzecke unter dem Dach, herrlicher Schatten und trotzdem sehr luftig! Der Lieblingsplatz der Erwachsenen, die Kinder bevorzugten den herrlichen Pool.
Ideal ist die Finca für 2 Familien mit max. 4 Kindern, da es zwei seperate Schlafbereiche gibt.
Die Einrichtung der buchstäblich riesigen Küche habe ich in keinem anderen Ferienhaus auf der Welt so erlebt, es ist einfach alles da, sogar wunderschönes Steingutgeschirr für alle Gelegenheiten. Das Kochen habe ich mir dort von niemendem nehmen lassen.
Da man sowieso einen Mietwagen haben muß, sind die Strände ringsum gut zu erreichen (30 min)
Einkaufen geht super in Manacor (10 min), dort gibts einen tollen Supermarkt!
Wie ich anhand der obigen Fotos sehe, wurde in den vergangenen 3 Jahren zusätzlich noch einiges an Möbeln modernisiert.
Alles in Allem ein Traumurlaub!
Leider ist der Preis ja recht hoch, aber auf alle Fälle angemessen!
