From the spacious living/dining room with a natural stone fireplace and two beautiful terraces you can enjoy both a sea view and also a stunning view of the mountains. The apartment offers you space on 89.5 m². An open kitchen with granite counters, two light bedrooms with white cabinets and a marble bathroom and a guest WC offer all comforts for you to immediately feel comfortable. A wonderful pool area with a lot of terrace space and an indoor pool with a fitness area and sauna are also available.

The region around Colonia de St. Pere - on the eastern edge of the Bay of Alcudia you will find one of the little discovered regions of Majorca: cliff coasts, fine sand and secluded bays, ideal hiking and sport options. Betlem is located on the foot of the two highest mountains of eastern Majorca, the Son Morell (562 m) and the Puig de Ferrutx (519 m). The eastern end of the bay forms the Cap de Ferrutx. In this traditional landscape you will find the Residencial Betlem. A first-class apartment complex in a unique, unobstructed area near the sea. A symbiosis of nature and luxury. Ein Urlaubsziel, das alle Wünsche erfüllt

Die Außenansicht der Anlage in Betlem ist uns schon bei einem früheren Urlaub aufgefallen. Und jetzt können wir sagen: Sie hält, was sie verspricht. Riesen Pool, sehr gepflegte Anlage, schönes Appartment mit Blick auf das Meer. Mit einigen Schritten ist man im Naturschutzgebiet und findet traumhafte kleine Buchten zum Baden.
Innenpool, Sauna, Fitnessstudio, riesengroßer Grillplatz für schöne gesellige Abendstunden. Was will man mehr?
Colonia de San Pere bietet Restaurants und Bars, von welchen man den Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer miterlebt.

Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmals in diesem Feriendomizil unseren Urlaub verbringen. Vielleicht schon nächstes Jahr.

Traumhaft schön!

Sehr gepflegte und wunderschöne Anlage mit einer herrlichen Poolanlage. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hochwertig ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Die Anlage ist umgeben von einer traumhaften Landschaft und liegt direkt am Meer. Allerdings ist der Strand dort sehr felsig und steinig. Doch es gibt in der Nähe auch kleine Sandbuchten und das Wasser ist dort glaskar, flach und türkisfarben. Ein Traum! Die Wege dorthin sind allerdings zum Teil recht steil und abenteuerlich, aber es lohnt sich garantiert.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war immer sehr nett und hilfreich. Missverständnisse wurden sofort behoben. Auch vor Ort gab es durch deutsches Personal in der Anlage wertvolle Tipps.

Wir können Residencial Betlem und diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.
Vielen Dank, es war ein traumhafter und erholsamer Urlaub!

Hatten in der sehr gepflegten und schönen Anlage eine tolle Zeit. Hier fehlt es einem an nichts.
Super Pool mit ausreichend Liegen, sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung. Alles vorhanden zum selber Kochen, es gibt aber auch einige gute Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Kommen gerne wieder...!
