The 120sqm house has 4 rooms, incl. 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have their own balcony and built-in cupboards, the third one is very large with antic furniture, library cupboards, reading area, AC and direct access to the large terrace. The living room also has access to the terrace. The separate kitchen with seating opportunities has a balcony and direct view to the garden. There is a bathroom with shower/tub and bidet but also an open-air shower. All windows have mosquito blinds. The 4000sqm plot of land has many shady trees (olive, eucalyptus, cypress, pine, oleander, etc.) and is very inviting for walking or just resting in one of its total private corners. From the roof terrace you have a beautiful panoramic view to the bay of Finikas and Possidonia. The house is located in a restful side street leading directly to the Sea.
