Detached and secluded holiday home with barbecue in the huge garden. Surrounded by olive groves, own sun terrace, quiet and away from the main touristic area. Only 10 min. walk to the 'Paraskevi' / Platanias beach that offers you water-ski, paragliding, jetski and many more. Sandbeach, ideal for kids and little children. Several shopping possibilities around (5min walk). To Skiathos town by car: 15 min (shops, tavernas, cafés and restaurants). Ideal starting point for hiking tours around the island, especially in spring and autumn when it's not to hot. Dinette + kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds). On demand also seperate baby bed. Bathroom, wide terrace + garden with barbecue.

SKIATHOS - the 'Pearl of Aegean'. The movie MAMA MIA was produced here. The island, 17km in length and 5km wide, is known for its evergreen and wavy olive groves. Spring and autumn is the best period for hiking and various walks around the island. Numerous beaches provide for crystal clear water and golden sand. At the nearby beach 'Paraskevi' (10 min walk) you have the choice between several watersport-activities such as water-skiing, sailing, paragliding and more. Other beaches - like Kokounaries - have scuba diving stations. The picturesque small town has many cafés, tavernas and bars to visit. Excursions to Athens, the Meteora monasteries, boating tours to the neighbouring islands and day trips to the marine parc (home of delphines and monk seals) can be undertaken starting from Skiathos harbour.

Absolut Empfehlenswert, überlegen, ob wir nächstes Jahr auch wieder kommen. Das Haus entsprach genau den Angaben, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Diese Ruhe, unabhängig und trotzdem schnell zu erreichen. 15min. v. Flughafen entfernt. Die Strände ein absoluter Traum. Das Wasser kristallklar, wir sahen auch Delfine. Netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Super organisiert durch einen Kontaktmann, der uns am Flughafen abholte. Die Stadt ist auch so schön, klein,... Ja, man könnte endlos dahinschreiben, für uns war es ganz ein schöner, toller Urlaub.

wir haben die Ferientage in diesem Haus sehr genossen, Ausstattung, Lage und Garten waren ansprechend und gepflegt. Wir sind nett in Empfang genommen und zum Haus gebracht worden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand waren ok, wobei wir uns ein Auto mieteten um zu etwas weniger bevölkerten Stränden zu gelangen. Wasser ist kristallklar und meine Töchter fanden den Strand super. Wir haben auch die Stadt zum bummeln und essengehen sehr genossen. Leider war in den Discotheken und Clubs noch nicht viel los im Juni - meine Tochter war enttäuscht - Die Insel bietet viel und wir haben tolle Eindrücke gesammelt.

nur die Mücken waren eine Plage.....
