Very beautifully renovated longere (Breton stone farm house) in a really tranquil location (cul-de-sac), approx. 100 m from small gulf of Morbihan. 1 living room of 45 m² , fireplace , TV , mini stereo, 4 bedrooms on upper floor, 3 beds of 1.40 x 2 m, 1 of 1.8 x 2 m, 1 bathroom with spacious open shower, 2 separate toilets (ground floor /upper floor ), 1 large glass veranda of 12 m² with monastery table, 1 large built-in kitchen with gas cooker, electric oven , dishwasher, fridge with freezer shelf, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine in garage. Large south-facing terrace with 700 m² meadow, garden table with seating for 8 persons, Plancha gas grill. Local surroundings include mediaeval Vannes Cite (historic town centre), Quiberon (Cote sauvage), gulf islands (unique in Brittany). Leisure activities: immediate access to hiking and bicycle paths, fishing, peche a pied (Venus mussels, Bigorneaux), beach (approx.5 min by bike).
