PLUS hiking:
From a cosy walk to the demanding booking tip tour, from forests to ancient alpine meadows - everything is possible. Some hikers can't have it steep enough, others love calm walks. By us you can find hundreds of kilometres of marked hiking paths. Some lead up into the mountains, others have a nice wayside cross, a fascinating natural monument or a small church as a destination. Every hiker can work as much - or as little - as they want. By the way: the junior chef Bernd will help you with your route planning. For example: the 2397 m high Zirbitzkogel is one of the most popular viewpoints in Austria. About 20 m under its summit on the north side you will find the highest-elevated shelter in Styria. After climbing, the snack in the Zirbitzkogel shelter tastes even better!
PLUS cycling and nature joy:
For cyclists in the 50 plus range, this place is a true paradise. The selection of cycling paths reach from very easy to somewhat hard routes. During the summer, our guests can go on guided, Sunday cycling tours with our senior boss Franz. Because if the sun is burning somewhere else, the peak of the summer is comfortable here. Thus, nothing is standing in the way of a stunning, active holiday with great experiences! Colourful, blooming meadows in the spring, an attractive shaded forest during the summer, the red apples on the trees in the fall - this is how the scenery looks while cycling. The guests from the camping park can borrow bicycles + cycling maps as well. Hundreds of kilometres of a long network of marked paths await you!
Plus joy:
Love goes through the stomach in Styria!
The culinary palette reaches from the taverns to the high-class restaurants, from a hearty snack to an exquisite dinner - Styria is known as the connoisseur store of Austria. Without much trouble, you can get products from farms: ham, cheese, fish, apples, meat, bread and of course the wine. From the pumpkins that light up the fields in the fall you can get strudel, soup, schnitzel and a lot more. The emblem of the regional cuisine is the pumpkin seed oil. If you try it once, you will never want anything else on your salad.
Golf:
The stunning meadow landscape at the foot of the Seckauer Alps is perfect for the 18 hole course from the Murtal Golf Club. Crystal-clear groundwater ponds and mountain streams snake idyllically between the fairways and make golfing on completely level grass a true pleasure. The design from the famous Irish architect Jeff Howes makes the Murtal Golf Club a true championship course that has been used multiple times for the European Alps Tour. Golfers of all strengths will value the modern facilities and individual training options. This shouldn't come to a surprise, as the GC Murtal is also the place of training for the successful European Tour players Nicole Gergely, Eva Steinberger and Roland Steiner. Who knows how a little training will bring you?
The Murtal Golf Club is only 10 km away and can be reached in a few minutes by car.
DIVERSITY is needed:
