Bedroom with 2 beds, kitchen with gas and electric stove, microwave, large freezer and enough dishes. Large living room with dining corner, sofa bed, TV, wide balcony with garden furniture. Spacious bathroom with bidet, shower and bathtub. Ideal for 2-3 people. The house is located in an enclosed settlement and has a private swimming pool and tennis courts. Excellent beach made of fine, light coloured sand. Good bus connection to the centre of Alicante, stop directly in front of the door. The settlement was finished in 2000.

Near Eiche you will find a lot of other attractions (the Palmeral was distinguished as Patrimonio de la Humanidad by the international community), the Esplanada from Alicante is very interesting. Not far away you will find the Gualalest with its castle.
