Die Ferienwohnung ist hell, großzügig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat eine wirklich sehr gute und neuwertige Ausstattung. Sehr schön ist auch das Badezimmer mit Dusche unter einem großen Dachfenster. Der Balkon vom Wohnzimmer ausgehend bietet einen traumhaften Panoramablick auf das Wettersteinmassiv mit Zugspitze und Waxensteinen.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen. Das Ortszentrum ist in zehn Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, z.B. über den wunderschönen Baderseeweg. Größere Supermärkte sind fünf Autominuten entfernt; gute Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe der Wohnung. Viele schöne Spazier- und Wanderwege gehen direkt vom Haus los.

Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der von ihr angebotene Brötchenservice war für uns sehr praktisch.

Die Wohnung ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert und wir haben uns dort während unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren leider nur 3 Nächte in dieser eleganten, absolut sauberen Ferienwohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Zugspitze.
Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls perfekt und die Vermieterin sehr freundlich.
Sehr zu empfehlen!
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ferienwohnung zum weiter empfehlen

die Fewo hält was sie verspricht. Sie ist sauber, ordentlich und vor allen Dingen sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Zugspitze verspricht Postkartenidylle. Der versprochene Brötchenservice funktioniert einwandfrei.
Die Nähe zum wunderschön gelegenen Eibsee, zur Zugspitze, nach Garmisch Partenkirchen... sorgt für ausreichend Freizeitaktivitäten. Im Ort Grainau (fünf Minuten bis Zentrum) ist alles vorhanden was im Urlaub gebraucht wird. Unser Vermieter hat sich uns gegenüber an alle Abmachungen gehalten und war sehr sympathisch. Ansonsten haben wir absolut unsere Urlaubsruhe genießen können, was uns auch sehr wichtig ist. Es ist wirklich so, dass es nichts zu kritisieren gibt. Naja eine ganz kleine unwichtige Sache doch: Der Fernseher brummt lautstark und passt wirklich nicht in diese tolle Wohnung hin, da er auch nicht zeitgemäß ist. Das war es dann aber auch mit Kritik und wir, Familie mit zwei Kindern ( 3 und 8 ), bedanken uns bei dem Vermieter und können nur jedem empfehlen seinen Urlaub dort zu verbringen.
Owner's Response: Der Fernseher in dieser Ferienwohnung ist erst 3 Jahre alt, er wurde von uns neu gekauft und ist in einem einwandfreiem Zustand. Die Bildschirmgröße ist 67 cm, es ist also kein kleiner Fernseher, aber es ist noch kein Flachbildschirm, wie man ihn heutzutage kaufen würde. Als nicht mehr zeitgemäß für eine Ferienwohnung dieser Preisklasse würde ich es nicht bezeichnen, in welcher Fewo ist schon ein Flachbildschirm? Der Fernseher brummt nicht und hat ein sehr schönes Bild. Alle meine Gäste habe ich darauf angesprochen und niemand hat sich an dem Fernseher gestört, ganz im Gegenteil, es sind alle von dieser Wohnung hell auf begeistert.
