Romantic Dalmatian stone house with wonderful sea and mainland view, restored from its long sleep with attention to detail. Our house is in the middle of Preko, only a few yards from the new marina. Cosy pubs, small supermarkets, baker and butcher are reachable on foot. There’s a ferry to Zadar once an hour and you can get to the ferry in 10 min. on foot. Because the airport is a few kilometres from Zadar you will definitely need a car.

Sehr komfortables Ferienhaus in Traumlage.

Das Ferienhaus läßt wirklich keine Wünsche offen.
Sehr gehobene Ausstattung, der es an nichts fehlt mit sehr geschmackvoller Einrichtung die für 6 Personen sehr viel Platz bietet.
Die ruhige Lage ist ideal. Traumhafter Blick über das Meer, sehr schön eingebettet in den Ort, Fußentfernung zum schönen Hafen in Preko mit seinen vielfältigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Café's und Bar's aber auch zu schönen Stränden in Preko ca. 5-7 Minuten.
In der näheren Umgebung finden sich auch einige weitere schöne Strände (ideal zum Schnorcheln). Unser Strandtipp (Juzna) liegt in Muline ca. 10-15 Autominuten von Preko. Vom Hafen in Muline aus in ca. 10 Minuten Fussweg zu erreichen. Auch für kleinere Kinder sehr geeignet, mit vielen Schattenplätzen und täglich gereinigtem Toilettenhäuschen. Ideal zum Baden auch die Insel Galovac. Sehr ruhig mit viel Schatten zum Entspannen und sehr schön zum Schnorcheln. Überfahrt entweder mit dem kleinen Bootsshuttle (5K/Pers.), oder einwach rüberwaten oder schwimmen. Wassertiefe zwischen Preko Strand und Galovac ca. Brusttiefe.
Empfehlenswert auch der Ausflug auf den
Sankt Michael 250m ü. MH. Entweder erwandern (ca. 1h-1,5h vom Haus aus) oder Auffahrt mit dem KFZ möglich (Parkplatz unterhalb der Burgruine). Phantastischer Ausblick auf die Kornaten und über die gesamte Insel vor allem bei untergehender Sonne.
Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Urlaubsziel wenn man Erholung sucht.
Preko ist ein sehr entspannter, ruhiger Ort mit der nötigen Infrastruktur ohne große Action (Discos o.ä.). Auf Ugljan für uns der ideale Urlaubsort.

Wunderschönes und empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus

Das ruhig gelegene, komfortable, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sowohl die Schlafräume, als auch der Wohn-, Ess- und Außenbereich bieten ausreichend Platz für bis zu sechs Personen.
Das Städtchen Preko und seine Umgebung ist sehr idyllisch und bietet vielseitige Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Die Einheimischen sind offen, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die sehr schöne, neue Strandpromenade, das Meer, verschiedene Restaurants, Cafes & Bars, mehrere kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Touristeninformation und ein Arzt sind, vom Haus aus, innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch den Fußweg zur Fähre, die zum Festland führt, kann man gemütlich in ca. 15 min zurücklegen.
Die Formalitäten, wie die Buchung des Hauses, die Schlüsselübergabe usw., verliefen absolut problemlos.
Alles in Allem können wir einen Aufenthalt in diesem romantischen Haus nur empfehlen.
