Für vier Wochen war die Villa Mona Lisa unser zweites Zuhause und wir müssen sagen, wir haben uns noch nie in einem Urlaub so wohl gefühlt ! Das Haus läßt keinerlei Wünsche offen und ist mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet ! Vor allen Dingen die Küche ist mit allen erdenklichen tollen Geräten ausgestattet , es fehlte an nichts !
Das Haus ist sehr luftig und sonnig und bietet viel Platz. Die Matratzen sind hervorragend und wir konnten herrlich schlafen !
Besonders schön ist auch der großzügige Poolbereich mit den massiven Teakmöbeln und dem geschmackvollen Pool !
Wir haben viele Stunden dort verbracht und den traumhaften Blick auf den Salzwasserkanal und die vielen Tieren genossen !
Alles in allem kann man dieses Haus nur empfehlen,es wird auch allerhöchsten Ansprüchen gerecht !
Einen herzlichen Dank an die äußerst netten Vermieter , wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt !

Traumhaft ...

Wir waren mit unserem 17jährigem Sohn im Oktober 2009 für 10 Tage Gast in der Villa Mona Lisa. Eins vorweg, die positiven Vorbewertungen kann ich in vollem Umfang bestätigen !

Schon der Kontakt zur Vermieterfamilie aus Deutschland sucht seines Gleichen. Fragen im Vorfeld wurden superschnell und äußerst nett beantwortet. Die Abwicklung des Mietvertrages ging vollkommen unkompliziert vonstatten. Auf Empfehlung der Vermieterfamilie hatte ich wegen einer Bootsanmietung auch Kontakt zur Hausverwaltung in Florida aufgenommen. Auch hier äußerst schnelle, unkomplizierte, freundliche und kompetente Kommunikation. In Deutsch.

Nach einigen Tagen in Fort Lauderdale kamen wir nun in der Villa Mona Lisa an. Schlüssel aus der lock-box entnommen, Tür auf, .... WOW !!!! Der erste Eindruck (.... und auch der Zweite) war beeindruckend. Wir hatten hohe Erwartungen, sie wurden erfüllt. Kurzer Anruf bei der Hausverwaltung, dass wir angekommen sind, eine Stunde später deutschsprachige Einweisung in die Besonderheiten des Hauses.

Ich möchte hier nun nicht all die im Prospekt genannten Vorzüge des Hauses auflisten. Nur so viel, es stimmt alles. Die Prospektbeschreibung ist nicht übertrieben, die Bilder sind nicht geschönt, es ist alles wirklich so. Das Haus ist super geschmackvoll eingerichtet, nicht überladen, alles hochwertiges und neues Mobiliar, die Zimmer sehr geräumig, die Terasse mit Pool ein einziger Traum. Der Ausblick von der Terasse über den Pool auf den Kanal ist gar nicht zu beschreiben. Man fühlt sich in eine andere Welt versetzt.

Unser Sohn war nach Tagen noch mit den Worten anzutreffen:" Das ist der Hammer !!!"

Also, rundum eine 5 Sterne Bewertung für die Villa Mona Lisa, und auch für die Vermieterfamilie.

Villa Mona Lisa- ein Traum

Wir hatten das Grosse Glueck in der Villa Mona Lisa Urlaub zu machen. Im April 2009.
Das Haus ist ein Traum!
Die Einrichtung ist sehr stylisch und mit viel Liebe im kleinsten Detail ausgesucht, einfach toll! Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefuehlt.
Die Kueche, mit allen erdenklichen Feinheiten und Geraeten ausgestattet, super!
Der Aussenbereich ist eine Oase zum wohlfuehlen und relaxen. Wir haben die herrliche, romantische Aussicht auf den Kanal genossen!
Wunderschoen das Sundeck am Abend, dort die Seele baumeln lassen!
Die Zimmer sind sehr gemuetlich und die bequemen Betten garantieren fuer einen guten Schlaf.
Die Lage ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, mit einem Mietauto die Umgebung zu erkunden, Sunibel, Captiva, Fort Myers mit ihren schoenen Straenden, Pine Island uvm.
Ein Kompliment an die Vermieterfamilie und vielen Dank fuer den Komfort.
Begeistert koennen wir Villa Mona Lisa weiterempfehlen.

Traumurlaub in Traumhaus an Traumort

Die Woche die wir in diesem tollen Haus verbringen durften, wird uns immer in Superlativen in Erinnnerung bleiben! Leider, leider war das Haus für dieses Jahr im April 2009 schon belegt;-(
Als Familie mit 4 Kindern (7-12) haben wir die Grosszügigkeit im Innen- wie auch Aussenbereich sehr geschätzt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr stil- und geschmackvoll, der Poolbereich ein wunderbarer Ort der Entspannung und das Sundeck beim Masterbedroom ein toller Ort um am Abend noch etwas zu verweilen. Kurz um, voll und ganz nach unserem Geschmack!
Von hier kann man sehr gut mit dem Auto die Gegend rund um Fort Myers und Cape Coral erkunden. Wir haben uns noch einige Tage ein Boot angemietet (Bootsteg und Bootslift vorh.), mit welchem wir die Inseln Sanibel & Captiva erkundet haben.
Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr, sehr nett und wir stehen noch immer im Kontakt.
