This modern stylish and colourful apartment offers 2 seperate bedrooms with doublebeds, desk and garderobe in each room. The kitchen is equipped with electric rings, oven, grill, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and plenty of utensils. The bathroom consists of bath and shower, washbasin, washing machine, towels and hairdryer. Bath and toilet are seperate. Each bedroom has got its own private terrace with chairs and table. The livingroom has got an xxl-sofa which seats easily 4 persons, a 42 inch flatscreen with astra satelite tv, stereo, dvd-player, vcr, a modern dining area for 4 persons and plenty of infos about the sights of Vienna. Central heating in the entire apartment, elevator, free parking around the house. The metrostop U4 Braunschweiggasse is only a 3 minutes walk away. The U4 takes you in 10 minutes to the opera.

Perfekte Wohnung für Wienbesucher

Sehr gute Lage mit bester Verkehrsanbindung. Dachgeschosswohnung im 5.Stock, natürlich mit Fahrstuhl, also kein Problem! Gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Es ist einfach alles da, was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und äusserst sympathisch.
Bei einem zukünftigen Wienbesuch werde ich versuchen, diese Wohnung wieder zu mieten!

Super Unterkunft!!!

Die Wohnung ist absolut toll.Alles vorhanden was man bnötig. Die U - Bahn Station ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt.
Im Haus ist es abends und in der Nacht absolut ruhig.
Die Nachbarn, 2 junge Studentinen waren sehr nett und freundlich, wir haben uns dort absolut wohl gefühlt.
Am Antritt unserer Reise wurden wir vom Vermieter,
freunlich empfangen. Wenn wir wieder nach Wien fahren,
und die Wohnung zu diesem Zeitpunkt frei ist, würden wir wieder dort verweilen wollen.
