Location: calm blind ally street, south location, slightly at the hill in Ponte Tresa (CH) with a magnificent view on the lake of Lugano. The location of the house offers a unique view also by night on the illuminated little bay of Ponte Tresa, Switzerland and Italy. In a few minutes one is by foot at the lake, town or Italy. The public transport system is very good and reachable in a few minutes by foot. Both flats are lucid and have a 8 m room-high windows with a roofed spacious terrace, facing to the lake of Lugano. Both flats have also on the side a terrace offering a beautiful view on the lake. The sophisticated ambiance is fully equipped with kitchen and wardrobes. Both flats do have modern furniture as well as each a flat screen TV with worldwide programs.The 3 room flat will be finished by mid January 2010 and some first images can be send upon request.

Living room with sophisticated ambiance. Fully equipped Italian design kitchen. Beautiful bright room with 36 sqm and lake view (8 m ceiling height glass front) with dining table and 4 chairs as well as on the covered terrace. Extendable sofa around the corner and additional sofa with latex mattress and slatted frame to accommodate comfortable additional people. Flat screen TV (Sat receiver with worldwide programs). All rooms with Italian designer floor tiles. Ceiling high sash windows lead to the covered front terrace with 20 sqm. The 30 sqm sunny terrace on the side is also accessible through ceiling high sash windows. Little Mediterranean garden with outdoor garden shower invites to relax. Bedroom with ceiling high window with comfortable waterbed for 2 persons (hardest version – very good for back pain, 2 separate mattresses), spacious wardrobe. New bathroom with shower, shower on one level with the pavement and with glass, WC, washing basin.

The flat is located on the same level as the 2 sunny terraces and the small garden in a newly constructed house with 6 flats, 800m from the Italian border on the Swiss part, in a street a little bit up the hill to allow a magnificent view on the lake and calm ambience due to the blind alley street. Saturdays is a market in Ponte Tresa (IT), 5 minutes by foot to the bank, post and station. By car: 10 minutes to Lugano, 30 minutes to Como and Lake of Como, 20 Minutes to the Lago Maggiore, 60 minutes to Milan, 30 minutes to the Foxtown (big designer outlet). 3km to the golf course of Magliaso/CH, 20km to the golf course of Varese /IT. Many possibilities for hiking (Monte Bre, Monte Tamaro, Monte Lema, Monto Generoso, San Salvatore, etc.). Many excursions by boat on the lake of Lugano, Lago Maggiore, Lake of Como. Different markets in Italy and Ticino.

    All prices are final prices inclusive of linen for beds and towels (no towels to go to the lake), additionally taxes per person (CHF 2.05 per person and day) and final cleaning CHF 110-150 depending on number of people staying in the flat.

    A parking space directly at the house is free of charge (a second parking space might be requested).
    Arrival starting from 16 o'clock. Departure until 12 o'clock. Or on special agreement.
  • When booking you have to pay 2 nights in advance (considering the weekly price).
    Upon arrival a deposti of chf 200 in cash which will be given back when leaving.
    The costs of the flat have to be paid in cash upon departure (including taxes and final cleaning).

Grandioser Ausblick und komfortables Wohnen

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben komfortabel eingerichtet und großzügig geschnitten und die Bilder geben dies auch sehr schön wieder. Der Blick vom großen Balkon auf den Luganer See ist einfach grandios.
Die Lage bietet viele Möglichkeiten für verschiedene Ausflüge. In der Wohnung gibt es verschiedene Prospekte für Ausflüge und die Vermieter geben einen auch gute Tipps.
Der See, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind in weingen Gehminuten zu erreichen und trotzdem ist die Wohnung relativ ruhig gelegen.
Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

wahnsinns Aussicht

modernes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienappartment mit einem großen Balkon und einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf den Lago di Lugano. Die Wohnung wurde stilvoll von den gastfreundlichen und sympathischen Vermietern eingerichet.
Um die Umgebung zu erkunden und schöne Badestellen zu erreichen, sollte man am besten ein Auto vor Ort haben.
Wer gerne wandert, wird hier ebenso auf seine Kosten kommen.

Moderne, helle, für 2 Personen großzügige Ferienwohnung mit praktischen Extras wie Aufzug oder eigenem Parkplatz.
Idealer Standort für Ausflüge in die herrliche Region rund um den Luganer See oder den nahegelegenen Lago Maggiore.
Gute Internetpräsentation mit zutreffender Beschreibung des Objekts. Schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Sehr freundliche Vermierter, die unaufdringlich darum bemüht sind, dass sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen.

Die moderne, lichte, saubere Wohnung und die Lage sind einfach wunderbar. Die panoramische Aussicht ist einzigartig. Sehr gut mit dem Bahn erreichbar. Gute einkaufsmoglichkeiten und Restaurants in der nahe, in der Schweiz und Italien (Laufabstand). Wir haben zu Fuss die schone Umgebung in alle Windrichtungen entdeckt. Lugano hat kulturell vieles zu bieten. Durch die Vermieter sind wir sehr gut vorbereitet und betreut. Sehr empfehelenswert!
